Cookie Policy

Why we use cookies - and how to control them. Cookies help us keep you signed in, remember your preferences and improve our service. Here is exactly which ones we use, why, and how you can manage them.

Last updated: 02/09/2024

Essential cookies

Strictly necessary to keep you signed in, secure your session and remember your language. Cannot be disabled - without them the platform simply won't work.

  • Authentication & session
  • Security (CSRF tokens)
  • Language preference

Preference cookies

Remember your interface choices - sidebar state, table sorting, default filters - so you don't have to set them every time you log in.

  • Layout preferences
  • Saved filters & sort orders
  • Recently used items

Analytics cookies

Help us understand which features you use, so we can improve them. Anonymised, aggregated and never sold - and you can opt out at any time.

  • Anonymised usage stats
  • No personal identification
  • Opt-out available

We use the smallest possible set of cookies needed to run myHR safely and pleasantly. We never use cookies for advertising, never share them with third parties, and we let you opt out of analytics whenever you want.

Cookies are small data files stored on your device's hard drive or in your browser's memory when you visit the myHR Platform. These files help us simplify your experience by remembering your preferences and tracking your visits. They allow us to understand which parts of our site are most relevant to you, providing a more personalised experience.

Our cookies do not store any personal or confidential information about you. They are used solely for analytical purposes. To make the most of our site, we recommend keeping cookies enabled on your device while browsing the myHR Platform.

We primarily use session cookies, which are temporary and deleted once you close your browser. These cookies do not collect personal data but allow us to recognise that the same user is navigating from one page to another. We track sessions using unique identifiers, which helps us understand user behaviour and improve the overall experience on the myHR Platform.

Analytics and Data Collection

We use Google Analytics as our website analytics tool. This tool collects visitor data based on cookies, including partial IP addresses, operating systems, browser identifiers, browsing activity and other relevant information. For more details, you can consult Google's privacy policy here.

We analyse this data to calculate key metrics such as bounce rates, page views, sessions and others, in order to understand how users interact with our site. This data may also allow us to tailor our online campaigns.

Data collected by Google Analytics is processed in accordance with Google's privacy policy. We have enabled IP address anonymisation to minimise the collection of personal data. Data is retained for 14 months and processed for analytics and conversion tracking purposes, based on user consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Google may transfer this data to servers located outside the European Union, in compliance with transfer mechanisms approved by the European Commission (Standard Contractual Clauses).

Additional Information

Most browsers automatically accept cookies. However, you have the option to manage cookies by adjusting your browser settings to accept, delete or reject them. Please note that disabling cookies may affect your ability to use certain features of the myHR Platform.

From time to time, we may embed external content from third-party websites (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) on the myHR Platform. These third-party sites may use cookies, and their respective privacy policies will apply to the content they provide. We encourage you to review the cookie policies of these third-party providers.

The myHR Platform may also contain links to third-party websites. If you choose to visit these sites, please refer to their cookie policies, as myHR is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third-party sites.

Cookie Management and Opt-Out

You can block all cookies via your browser settings, but this may affect your browsing experience on our site. For detailed instructions on managing and disabling cookies, please consult the help section of your browser, which explains how cookies work and how they can be managed or blocked.

You can clear or block cookies at any time directly in your browser settings - or contact us if you have any specific concern about how we use them.
