Our story

Claude Schlesser, a native Luxembourgian, started myHR in 2016 with a simple observation: HR teams in Luxembourg spent more time pushing paper than helping people. Excel sheets, printed forms, signed contracts in folders - every process was slow, error-prone and frustrating.

Ten years later, hundreds of Luxembourg organisations - SMEs, large groups, non-profits and public bodies - run their HR on myHR. We are still based in Leudelange, still independent, and still obsessed with the same goal: less paper, more people.
