The schedule your collective agreement expects from you

Build a schedule per site, apply your rotations, publish to the teams. Rest period, weekly hours and night/Sunday premium alerts are all based on your collective agreement.

Cover every shift. Pay the right premiums. Without a second thought

One schedule per site, one consolidated view

Every store, workshop or department has its own schedule. HR keeps a consolidated view across the company - without mixing teams or rules.

Rotations run, teams follow

Morning/evening/night rotations or A-week/B-week patterns applied automatically according to your rules. Employees see their schedule weeks in advance from their phone.

The schedule talks to the time clock

Gaps between planned and clocked hours detected automatically. Overtime, night and Sunday premiums calculated according to your collective agreement - ready for payroll, no re-entry.

From template to payroll

Build once, run for the long haul

Schedules are built from templates, published to the teams, then feed payroll through actual time punches. Three steps, one system.

  1. 01

    Build the team schedule

Managers define shifts by site, reuse weekly templates, or apply an automatic rotation. Luxembourg public holidays pre-filled, visual alerts when maximum working time is exceeded.

  2. 02

    Publish to the teams

Once approved, the schedule is published in one click. Employees receive an email and view their schedule on mobile or through the portal. An unpublished schedule stays invisible to the teams.

  3. 03

    Cross-check with actual time punches

Clocked hours are compared against the planned schedule. Late arrivals, absences, overtime, night premiums (22:00–06:00) and Sunday premiums - everything is calculated and sent to payroll, no re-entry.
