    Set and assign

    Create a personal goal for one employee, or a team goal for a department, division, service or job title. Add the KPIs, their weighting, the rating system. The employee is prompted to confirm.

    Track progress, any time

    The employee updates their own progress. Overall progress is calculated as a weighted average, or set manually. Goals at risk surface via a forecast indicator - On track, Slipping, At risk, Off track.

    Review on facts

    At the end of the period, goals and their history remain available during the performance review. The review stands on what was set, tracked and accepted - not on fuzzy recollection.
